Recently, our team attended Global Leadership Network's annual summit live in Chicago at Willow Creek Church. The 2-day event features a host of inspiring speakers on the power of leadership and influence.
As a croux, this was our ninth year at the GLN Summit, and we're so grateful for the opportunity to take part in this incredible event. Broadcast live in numerous languages, the summit reaches millions of people in over 123 countries each year.
It has long been a dream of ours to attend the summit in person, and especially after the last year+ of virtual events due to COVID-19, this experience was extra special. Those two days were chock full of knowledge, inspiration and connection, and we returned to Franklin feeling revived.
Over the years, we've also been fortunate to have been joined by various clients at the summit. We continue to be humbled by the shared values and vision between our team and our client community.

Every January we like to gather as a croux and plan for the year ahead. It serves as a holiday celebration and a strategy session. We look forward to it every year. Over the last few years, we’ve also begun incorporating a “word of the year” practice, where we each choose a word that we will focus on throughout the year.
This year, we decided to take our merry-making to the streets of Nashville to see how well the average passerby could interpret some of our favorite Creole vocab. The results were… entertaining. See for yourself!
